The recipe party continues - and I can't wait to get busy cooking up some of the awesome looking recipes that have been sent to me.  Don't forget to join us!

Melissa recently tried out the Spicy Blackbean Burgers - here is what she said:

"I made the black bean burgers last night and they were OH so yummy :)  I'm not a huge fan of black beans, but really enjoyed this meal.  My husband, who LOVES anything with black beans in it, really liked it too.
I didn't put as much hot pepper in the recipe as it called for, and wished I had.  I tasted one of the jalepeno's and pulled back not realizing that the hotness would probably be less intense after cooking a bit. 
I did add cheese on the top as well as avocado slices.  Also, I only had italian seasoned bread crumbs.  Pretty tasty with those additions :). "

Melissa sent me a recipe for Cheesy Basil-stuffed Chicken Breasts - sounds scrumptious!  So keep an eye out for when I'll share the recipe and my comments.
