It's been a while since I've done a "go go gadget mama" post - but one of my most used fave gadgets is my iphone (duh) and I've recently put a couple of fantastic mommy applications to good use. So this post is actually about the apps - Baby Tracker nursing and diapers.
Ami hasn't gained weight at the rate that we had hoped to see, so it became important to us and to our doctors to start tracking how often and how long she is nursing for as well as how many and what kind of diapers we are changing each day.
With two little touches I can instantly record all the information I need - which side, how long, what time we started, what time we finished, how much time has passed since she last ate...
So easy, so convenient. It stores it in an organized spreadsheet right there in front of me and I can even email it to my pediatrician if I wanted to.
The diaper app is the same - easy, records everything I need to know.

I'm excited to read this review! I was thinking I might buy that app too when this little guy gets here...
I've heard mixed thoughts about tracking nursing stuff because it can make a first-time-mom a bit neurotic. There's so much I need to learn! :)
