Welcome to the party, Beth!

I'm excited that Beth has joined the Recipe Party here.  If you haven't joined yet, the party is still on!

Beth tried two recipes, and unfortunately one doesn't seem to have worked out as well for her family - but I'm thankful for the honest input because of course we all have different tastes and that's what makes trying out new recipes so much fun!  Of course it is always great to find something you really like too - which I'm grateful that Beth enjoyed the second recipe she tried.

"We tried the individual apple pie pockets, and I have to admit that they weren't our favorite! We felt like the syrup that you pour on top
was too sweet and made the apple pies too soggy. I love the concept,
but I think we'll be sticking with with a traditional apple pie in the
future.

On a happier note, though, your pumpkin roll is the best that we've
ever had! I've been on the hunt for a good recipe for years and
definitely feel like I've landed on one with yours! I didn't (and
wouldn't) change a thing! It was delicious!"

  Beth sent me a recipe for a sausage potato soup - which my husband saw over my shoulder as I was reading and was very enthusiastic about - can't wait to try it!
