We're welcoming Beth again after she made Stacy's recipe - here is what she has to say:
"I made Stacy's Lemon Tea Muffins for a brunch, and they were
wonderful. I loved the light, tangy taste! I made mini muffins like
you did, and because some in our group are allergic to nuts, I left
off the streusel nut topping and instead sprinkled them with a pinch
of white sugar to give them a shimmery top. Some commented that the
lemon wasn't strong enough. I think the lemon taste could be increased
easily, but they were great as is."
