My 7 year old has night terrors also, and I agree, it would almost be amusing the things he says if he wasn't seemingly so traumatized by them. He gets very, very upset, and looked scared to death during most of them. He often doesn't know who we are, and for whatever reason, it seems that only my husband can get him to come out of them. And he never remembers them either. It's extremely unnerving...

Sawyer had these when he was really, really little (like 6 months) and after reading about them, I was sure it was this and not nightmares. I hadn't realized until then there was a difference! I did a lot of reading...and then they stopped. Thankfully! Hope they stop for Maddie too!
